摘要
为保障北京冬奥会期间铁路售票业务的稳定可靠,提升运维效率,缓解运维压力,通过调研京张高速铁路售票业务链路场景及其特点,从服务对象、功能需求、数据需求以及系统需求等方面提出需求分析,并据此对业务链路全域可观测方案的总体架构进行研究,阐述数据链路监测流程,建立监控指标体系,采用数据采集技术和海量数据存储技术构建数据采集层、数据存储层,以数据融合、统计计算、批处理、流式计算等模块为基础,实现数据分析、可视化展示以及故障根因分析技术研究和应用,并对解决售票系统夜间运维、保障能力薄弱和运维效率低的问题提供了实例。京张高速铁路售票业务链路全域可观测系统的应用为北京冬奥会票务服务提供了保障,同时为铁路12306系统在业务链路全域可观测方面提供了有效的技术支撑。
In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the railway ticketing business during the Beijing Winter Olympics,improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance,and ease the pressure of operation and maintenance,this paper put forward the demand analysis from the aspects of service objects,functional requirements,data requirements,and system requirements by investigating Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway ticketing business link scene and its characteristics.On this basis,the paper studied the overall architecture of the global observable scheme of the business link,expounded on the data link monitoring process,established the monitoring index system,and used data acquisition technology and massive data storage technology to build the data collecting layer and data storage layer.Based on data fusion,statistical calculation,batch processing,flow calculation,and other modules,data analysis,visual display,and fault root cause analysis technology research and application were realized.The paper also provided an example to solve the problems of night operation and maintenance,weak guarantee ability,and low operation and maintenance efficiency of the ticketing system.The application of the global observable system of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway ticketing business link guarantees the ticket service during Beijing Winter Olympics and provides effective technical support for the railway 12306 system in the global observability of the business link.
