摘要
采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)对玻璃纤维毡进行黏结改性处理,制备得到具有优异力学性能与低导热系数的三维体型玻璃纤维非织造材料。研究了改性工艺参数对玻璃纤维非织造材料形貌结构、力学强度和保温性能的影响。结果表明:黏结改性处理后的玻璃纤维毡具有显著增强的压缩力学性能,且随着APS加载量的增大,所得改性材料的体积密度逐渐增大,导热系数先保持平稳后逐渐增大。当APS的质量分数为1%时,改性后的非织造复合材料兼具较高的力学性能和良好的保温性能。
A three-dimensional glass fiber nonwoven material with significantly enhanced mechanical properties and relatively low thermal conductivity is prepared by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APS)to bond and strengthen the glass fiber felt.The effects of modification process parameters on the morphology,mechanical strength,and thermal insulation properties of glass fiber felt are studied.The results show that the resultant composite glass fiber nonwoven exhibits significantly enhanced compressive mechanical properties after bonding treatment.With the increase of APS loading,the bulk density of the modified material increases gradually,and the thermal conductivity remains stable and then increases gradually.As the concentration of APS is 1%,the modified nonwoven composite possess both high mechanical strength and good thermal insulation performance.
