摘要
采用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段研究Cr、Mn、Si等元素微合金化对高碳钢渗碳体片球化及长大过程的影响。研究结果表明:珠光体共析转变过程中,Cr元素显著偏聚于渗碳体中,形成合金渗碳体;而Si主要存在于铁素体,Mn元素同时存在于两相中,但仍倾向分配于渗碳体中,分配系数KMn为1.92。在600℃退火过程中,冷拔珠光体钢中片层扭曲的渗碳体片率先发生断裂、球化,Cr、Si元素含量的增大,会明显降低渗碳体球化、长大速度。
The effect of Micro-alloying elements Cr,Mn,Si on cementite film spheroidizing and the growth process in high carbon steel has been studied.The results show that:during pearlite eutectoid transformation process,Cr has a significant segregation in the cementite,formingalloy cementite;while Si mainly presents in the ferrite,Mn exists in two phases at the same time,but still tend to be allocated within the cementite,the distribution coefficient KMn=1.92.In the 600℃annealing process the slice distorted cementite in cold-drawn pearlitic steelfirst breaks,spheroidization.Cr,Si element content increases significantly reduce the cementite spheroidization and growth velocity.
