摘要
为弄清球磨机各运行参数对其内部介质分层行为的影响程度,针对球磨机运行时内部磨矿介质的轴向分层行为进行了研究。借助离散元工具及Lacey混合指数相关理论,进行了正交仿真试验,研究介质填充率、筒体转速率、提升条数量和提升条迎球面角度四个参数对介质分层的影响,得出结论:对球磨机内介质分层行为影响最大的因素是球磨机筒体内提升条数量,球磨机转速率和介质填充率次之,影响最小的因素是提升条迎球面角度。当筒体转速率为67 r/min、提升条数量为0、提升条角度为55°时,筒体内的介质颗粒的混合效果最差,颗粒分层行为最明显。
In order to understand the influence of the operation parameters of ball mill on its internal media stratification behavior,the axial stratification behavior of the internal grinding media during ball mill operation was studied.With the help of distinct element method and Lacey mixing index theory,the orthogonal simulation experiment was carried out to study the influence of four parameters on the media stratification,such as media filling rate,cylinder rotation rate,the number of lifting strips and the angle of lifting strips facing the spherical surface,and it was concluded that the number of lifting strips in the cylinder was the most important factor affecting the media stratification behavior in the ball mill.The rotation rate of ball mill and the filling rate of medium took the second place,and the angle of lifting strip facing the spherical surface was the least influential factor.When the rotation rate of the cylinder was 67r/min,the number of lifting strips was 0,and the angle of lifting strips was 55°,the mixing effect of medium particles in the cylinder was the worst,and the particle stratification behavior was the most obvious.
