摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在产科急危重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取巨野县人民医院产科2021年6月至2022年9月收治的98例急危重症患者,依据抽签法分为两组,每组各49例。对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组实施护理风险管理,比较两组的不良妊娠结局、护理满意度。结果实验组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(83.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极开展护理风险管理有利于产科急危重症不良妊娠结局的改善,保障母婴生命安全,同时可有效提升护理满意度,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in obstetric patients with acute and critical illness.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute and critical illnesses admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Juye County People’s Hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups based on the lottery method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management and the experimental group implemented nursing risk management to compare adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the experimental group(97.06%)was higher than that in the control group(83.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active implementation of nursing risk management is conducive to the improvement of adverse pregnancy outcomes in obstetric acute and critical illness,ensuring the safety of mothers and infants,and effectively improving nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promoti on.
