摘要
目的探讨支气管镜介入治疗在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎合并肺不张中的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的84例肺炎支原体肺炎合并肺不张患儿,根据来院日期单双号分为对照组和研究组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用支气管镜介入治疗。比较两组肺复张时间、住院时间、炎症因子水平、血气分析指标及临床疗效。结果研究组肺复张时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、动脉血氧分压及动脉血二氧化碳分压均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管镜介入治疗可加速肺炎支原体肺炎合并肺不张患儿康复,有效改善炎症因子水平及血气分析指标,提高临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of bronchoscopic interventional therapy in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis.Methods A total of 84 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the odd-even admission date,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received bronchoscopic interventional therapy based on the control group.Lung reexpansion time,hospital stay,inflammatory factor levels,blood gas analysis indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The time of lung reexpansion and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoscopic interventional therapy can accelerate the recovery of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis,effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis indexes,and improv e the clinical effect.
