PDCA循环提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率的效果分析 被引量:7

Analysis of the Effect of PDCA Cycle on Improving the Rate of Pathogen Detection Before Antibiotic Treatment in Hospitalized Patients

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环应用于提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率的效果。方法2022年1—12月新疆维吾尔自治区职业病医院将PDCA循环应用于提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率,以2021年抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率与联合使用前病原学送检率为基准,开展3轮的PDCA循环方法提高病原学送检率,分析PDCA循环对提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率的效果。结果2022年的抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率目标设定为抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率为50.00%,医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率为90.00%,联合使用前病原学送检率为100%,实际达标率为130.42%(65.21%/50.00%)、103.24%(92.92%/90.00%)、96.88%(96.88%/100%)。2022年的抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率与联合使用前病原学送检率均高于2021年(P<0.05);随着PDCA的实施,第二轮与第三轮的抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率高于第一轮,第三轮的医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率高于第一轮与第二轮,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环可有效提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率,此文的研究结果为提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。 Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle application on improving the rate of pathogenic detection in inpatients before antibiotic therapy.Methods Starting from January to December 2022,the PDCA cycle will be applied in Occupational Disease Hospital of Xinjiang to improve the pathogen detection rate of hospitalized patients before antibiotic treatment.Based on the pre antibiotic use pathogen detection rate,hospital infection diagnosis related pathogen detection rate,and combined use pathogen detection rate in 2021,three rounds of PDCA cycle methods will be carried out to improve the pathogen detection rate,analysis of the effect of PDCA cycle on improving the rate of pathogen detection before antibiotic treatment in hospitalized patients.Results The target for the pathogen detection rate before antibiotic treatment in 2022 was 50.00%,90.00%for hospital infection diagnosis related pathogens,and 100%for combined use.The actual compliance rates were 130.42%(65.21%/50.00%),103.24%(92.92%/90.00%),96.88%(96.88%/100%).The rates of pathogen testing before antibiotic treatment,hospital infection diagnosis related pathogen testing,and pre combination use pathogen testing in 2022 were higher than those in 2021(P<0.05).With the implementation of PDCA,the rates of pathogen testing before antibiotic treatment in the second and third rounds were higher than those in the first round,and the rates of pathogen testing related to hospital infection diagnosis in the third round were higher than those in the first and second rounds,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle can effectively improve the rate of pathogenic detection in inpatients before antibiotic therapy.
