基于FAHP-熵权理论的康复轮椅方案决策灰色评估 被引量:12

Gray Evaluation of Rehabilitation Wheelchair Program Decision Based on FAHP-Entropy Power Theory

摘要 为提高康复轮椅设计方案在评估阶段的准确性,选取合理方案,建立了康复轮椅设计方案评估体系,包括康复功能指标、智能控制指标、安全载荷指标、模块性能指标、情感交互指标。通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和熵权理论进行定性和定量分析,得出主客观权重系数,再利用灰色关联分析法(GRA)计算设计方案的灰色加权关联度,对三款康复轮椅方案进行优选。结果显示:三款康复轮椅设计方案C1C2C3的灰色加权关联度分别为0.1550、0.1673、0.1615,轮椅C2是最优方案。经案例验证,通过构建康复评估体系,设计三款针对肢体康复的轮椅方案,并利用灰色关联分析法、层次分析法、熵权法进行综合评价,得到产品设计方案最优解。该决策评估体系能有效提高设计质量,综合评价法能有效提高方案决策效率,为康复产品设计提供设计理论依据。 To improve the accuracy of the rehabilitation wheelchair design scheme in the evaluation stage and select the reasonable scheme,in this paper,a rehabilitation wheelchair design scheme evaluation system was established,which included rehabilitation function indicators,intelligent control indicators,safety load indicators,module performance indicators,and emotional interaction indicators.Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out by means of fuzzy hierarchical analysis(FAHP)and entropy theory to derive subjective and objective weighting coefficients,and then grey correlation analysis(GRA)was used to calculate the grey weighted correlation of the design solutions,and the three rehabilitation wheelchair solutions were preferentially selected.The results showed that the grey weighted correlations of the three rehabilitation wheelchair design solutions C1、C2、C3 were 0.1550,0.1673 and 0.1615,respectively,and wheelchair C2 was the optimal solution.The case verified that by constructing a rehabilitation evaluation system,designing three wheelchair solutions for physical rehabilitation,and using grey correlation analysis,hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting method for comprehensive evaluation,the optimal solution for the product design solution can be obtained.This decision evaluation system can effectively improve the design quality,and the comprehensive evaluation method can effectively improve the efficiency of the solution decision,and provide a design theory basis for the rehabilitation product design.
