摘要
为解决柴油加氢装置加热炉运行末期烟气中NO_(x)排放量升高的问题,对加热炉烟气NO_(x)排放量的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:燃料气中氮气体积分数、炉膛氧体积分数、加热炉负荷、各主燃烧器火焰高度、各燃烧器配风量均对加热炉烟气NO_(x)排放量有影响;通过采取降低燃料气氮气体积分数,炉膛氧体积分数和加热炉负荷,调整优化各主燃烧器火焰高度及配风量后,将烟气NO_(x)排放量由优化前的11.9 kg/d逐月降至4.2 kg/d。
In order to solve the problem that the NO_(x)emission in the flue gas of the heating furnace increased at the end of operation,the factors affecting the NO_(x)emission in the flue gas of heating furnace in the diesel hydrogenation unit were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that the volume fraction of nitrogen in the fuel gas,the volume fraction of oxygen in the furnace,the furnace load,the flame height of each main burner,and the air distribution volume of each burner had influence on the NO_(x)emission of the furnace flue gas.By reducing the volume fraction of nitrogen in the fuel gas,the volume fraction of oxygen in the furnace and the load of the heating furnace,adjusting and optimizing the flame height and air distribution volume of each main burner,the NO_(x)emission of flue gas would be reduced from 11.90 kg/d to 4.20 kg/d.
