摘要
目的探讨加速康复护理模式在择期剖宫产术中的实施价值。方法选取176例行剖宫产术孕产妇,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各88例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组剖宫产术前与术中不良反应发生率15.91%低于对照组的32.95%(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、初乳分泌时间及住院时间均短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,产后1 d宫底高度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理干预能显著降低剖宫产术并发症,促进产妇康复,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore implementation value of accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode in elective cesarean section.Methods 176 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,88 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions before and during cesarean section in observation group was 15.91%lower than that in control group(32.95%)(P<0.05).Operation time,anal exhaust time,getting out of bed time,colostrum secretion time and hospital stay time in observation group were shorter than control group,postpartum blood loss was less than control group,1 day postpartum fundus height was lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after cesarean section in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly reduce the complications of cesarean section and promote the recovery of pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical application.
