摘要
为掌握黄精药材商品市场流通现状,在全国选取4个具有代表性的中药材市场,采用分层随机抽样法收集黄精药材样品146份,测定其杂质、水分、单重、色泽、质地等指标,并结合文献调研,重新对市场上黄精药材商品规格等级进行划分。结果表明,市场上黄精药材主要分为大黄精、鸡头黄精、姜形黄精3种规格,在各规格下依据单重划分为3个等级。市场上黄精药材等级划分较为混乱,同时存在产地信息丢失、加工方法不规范等问题。通过数据整合分析,初步制定了黄精药材商品规格等级划分表,以期为黄精药材规范化生产和流通提供参考依据。
In order to grasp the current circulation status of Polygonati Rhizoma,four representative traditional Chinese medicine markets were selected nationwide.The stratified random sampling method was used to collect 146 Polygonati Rhizoma samples,and their impurities,moisture,unit weight,color,texture and other indicators were measured.Combined with literature research,the product specifications and grades of Polygonati Rhizoma on the market were reclassified.The results showed that the medicinal materials of Polygonati Rhizoma on the market were mainly divided into three specifications:Da huangjing,Jitou huangjing,Jiangxing huangjing.Under each specification,it was divided into three grades according to single weight.The classification of Polygonati Rhizoma in the market was relatively confusing,and there were also problems such as loss of origin information and irregular processing methods.Through data integration and analysis,a classification table of commodity specifications and grades of Polygonati Rhizoma was preliminarily formulated,in order to provide reference for the standardized production and circulation of Polygonati Rhizoma.
