摘要
建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计,必须树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念。本文将紧紧围绕保障国家生态安全的根本目标,提出优先保护自然生态空间,实施生物多样性保护重大工程,建立监管预警体系,加大生态文明示范建设力度,推动提升生态系统稳定性和生态服务功能,筑牢生态安全屏障,不断提高生态监管系统化、科学化、法治化、精细化和信息化水平。
The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to establish and practice the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.This paper will closely focus on the fundamental goal of ensuring national ecological security,give priority to the protection of natural ecological space,implement major biodiversity conservation projects,establish a regulatory early warning system,increase the demonstration construction level of ecological civilization,promote the improvement of ecosystem stability and ecological service capabilities,build a solid ecological security barrier,and constantly improve the level of systematic,scientific,legal,refined and information-based ecological supervision.
