摘要
在DRG支付改革背景下,为引导护士在医院运行效率、医疗安全质量、医院资源消耗等方面有所突破,建立以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率(RBRVS)结合质量与结果框架(QOF)护理绩效管理体系。该护理绩效管理体系实施后,护理人员的工作效率、工作积极性、满意度和护理安全均有所提升,符合医院运营管理趋势,为持续推进医院护理绩效管理提供了工具。
In the context of DRG payment reform,in order to guide nurses to make breakthroughs in hospital operation efficiency,medical safety quality,and hospital resource consumption,a resource consumption-based relative value ratio(RBRVS)combining quality and outcome framework(QOF)was established.After the implementation of the new system,the work efficiency,work enthusiasm,satisfaction,and nursing safety of nursing staff have all improved,which is in line with the trend of hospital operation management and provides a tool for continuously promoting hospital nursing performance management.
