摘要
目的探讨库存管理策略和灵活采购模式在口腔专科医院低值耗材管理中的应用价值。方法结合专科口腔医院耗材管理特点,基于供应商、仓库、临床科室三方联合库存管理模式(JMI),不同时期灵活应用全额或差额采购模式,建立采购模型比较采购量和库存量,运用信息系统监控低值耗材精细化管理。结果低值耗材差额采购模式实现医院灵活性采购,有效保证临床业务工作正常展开,实现低值耗材供需平衡,通过消除库存,单次采购成本可节省32552.1元。结论低值耗材管理策略优化有利于医院物资规范管理,有助于提高医院后勤管理效率,节省医院运营成本。
Objective To explore the application of inventory management strategies and flexible procurement models for managing low-value consumables in stomatological hospital.Methods Combining the characteristics of consumables management in stomatological hospital,the jointly managed inventory(JMI)model among suppliers,warehouses,and clinical departments were used.The full or partial procurement model was flexibly applied in different periods.A procurement model was established to compare procurement quality and inventory amount,and information system was used to monitor the refined management of low-value consumables.Results The partial procurement model of low-value consumables provided procurement flexibility,ensured the normal development of clinical business,and achieved a balance between supply and demand.By eliminating inventory,a single procurement cost of 32552.1 yuan was saved.Conclusion Optimizing the management of low-value consumables standardizes hospital materials management,improves the efficiency of hospital logistics management,and reduces hospital operating costs.
