摘要
选取2012—2020年中国30个省份面板数据,分别测算创新要素配置与共同富裕指数,进而实证分析创新要素配置对共同富裕的作用机制与异质性特征。研究显示:创新要素配置对共同富裕具有明显驱动作用,经内生性与稳健性检验后该结果仍旧成立;乡村振兴与新型城镇化是创新要素配置驱动共同富裕的重要机制。进一步研究发现,创新要素配置对共同富裕存在空间溢出效应;深入到共同富裕细分维度,创新要素配置可显著推进富裕共享性、物质生活富裕、精神生活富裕、生活环境宜居,对富裕差异性的影响尚未显现。据此,提出盘活科技创新要素、推进城乡公共服务均等化、完善新型城镇化建设体系、推动乡村振兴提质增效的政策建议,以期为推动实现共同富裕提供新思路。
Select the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2020,measure the innovation factor allocation and common prosperity index respectively,and empirically analyze the mechanism and heterogeneity of innovation factor allocation on common prosperity.The research shows that the allocation of innovation factors has an obvious driving effect on common prosperity,and the result is still valid after the endogenous and robustness tests.Rural revitalization and new urbanization are important mechanisms for innovation factor allocation to drive common prosperity.Further research shows that the allocation of innovation factors has a spatial spillover effect on common prosperity.When it comes to the subdivision dimension of common prosperity,the allocation of innovative elements can significantly promote the wealth sharing,material life prosperity,spiritual life prosperity,and livable living environment,and the impact on the difference of wealth has not yet emerged.Accordingly,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to revitalize the elements of scientific and technological innovation,promote the equalization of urban and rural public services,improve the new urbanization construction system,and promote rural revitalization and improve quality and efficiency,in order to provide new ideas for promoting common prosperity.
