摘要
活塞隔膜泵因具有曲轴箱与液压室相连的设计特点,经过长时间使用,设备磨损后容易导致所加注的工业齿轮油与液压油之间相互渗漏混兑,不能满足设备润滑需求。为解决这一润滑难点,围绕活塞隔膜泵的设备运行特点和润滑需求,以Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类油作为基础油,优化配方,研制了一款隔膜泵液压-曲轴通用润滑油。研制油品具有适宜的运动黏度,良好的过滤性、密封材料适应性、低温性能、耐磨承载性、剪切安定性、防锈防腐性和热氧化安定性等,达到了技术指标要求。该通用油将曲轴箱与液压室分别润滑的传统方式集约为使用同一种油品进行通用润滑的方式,能够减少换油种类,大大降低维护成本。
The piston diaphragm pump has a design feature that the crankcase is connected to the hydraulic chamber.After operating for a long period of time,the industrial gear oil and the hydraulic oil would be easily leaked into and mixed with each other due to equipment wear,thus failing to meet the lubrication requirements of the equipment.To solve this prob-lem,a universal lubricating oil for the hydraulic chamber and the crankcase of diaphragm pumps was developed based on the operating characteristics and lubricating requirements of piston diaphragm pumps,by using Group I and ll base stocks as the base oil and optimizing the formula.The developed oil has an appropriate kinematic viscosity,good filterability,adaptability to sealing materials,low temperature property,wear resistance,shear stability,anti-rust and anti-corrosion and thermal oxidation stability etc.and has met the technical requirements.The universal oil integrates the conventional method of sepa-rately lubricating the crankcase and the hydraulic chamber into a general lubrication method with the same oil,which can de-crease the types of oil changes and greatly reduce the maintenance costs.
