摘要
海上油田蒸汽驱注汽井长期处于高温高压以及冷热交变工况条件下,地面安全控制要求高。常规吞吐式井口难以满足长期密封性能要求,影响井口及管柱更换周期。研制了一种新型海上热采长效注汽井口。通过优化油管悬挂器、平板闸阀以及液控管线双级穿越密封结构设计,采用高强度连接螺栓,提升关键部件材质以及密封材料性能,特殊的表面处理工艺等技术,形成了海上蒸汽驱长效注汽井口关键技术。该井口具有良好的耐高温高压、耐腐蚀耐冲蚀以及长效密封性能,解决了热采井口装置易刺漏的问题,实现了海上蒸汽驱长期注汽的地面安全控制。现场应用结果表明,海上蒸汽驱长效注汽井口装置在350℃高温注汽以及冷热交变工况下,实现了21个月无刺漏,密封性能安全可靠,取得了良好的应用效果。海上油田长效注汽井口技术的成功研发,为海上水平井蒸汽驱先导试验项目提供坚实的安全保障和技术支撑。
A new type of long-life steam injection wellhead for offshore thermal production has been developed to meet the long-term sealing performance of conventional throughput wellheads,which affects the replacement cycle of wellheads and tubing columns.The key technology for the long-life steam injection wellhead has been developed by optimizing the design of the tubing suspension,flat gate valve,and liquid control line double-stage crossing seal structure,adopting high-strength connecting bolts,upgrading the material of key components and sealing material performance,and special surface treatment process.The wellhead has good resistance to high temperature and pressure,corrosion and corrosion resistance,and long-lasting sealing performance,which solves the problem of easy penetration and leakage of the thermal extraction wellhead device and realizes the long-term steam injection safety control on the surface of the offshore steam drive.The results of the field application show that the long-lasting steam injection wellhead device for the offshore steam drive has achieved 21 months without punctures and leaks under high-temperature steam injection at 350 ℃ and hot and cold alternating conditions,with safe and reliable sealing performance,achieving good application results.The successful development of the long-life steam injection wellhead technology in the offshore oilfield provides a solid safety guarantee and technical support for the first horizontal well steam drive pilot project.
