呼吸机外置管路清洗消毒预处理方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较3种预处理方法对老龄气管切开患者使用后呼吸机外管路的清洗消毒效果。方法将2022年1—6月份老年医学科复用呼吸机外置管路600套,采用随机数字表法分为3组,包括无预处理组、清水冲洗组,泡沫保湿预处理组。预处理后回收至消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒后,用目测法、径道检视仪法、ATP生物荧光法、BCA蛋白残留法、微生物培养法检测呼吸机外置管路清洗消毒质量。结果目测法、径道检视仪法和ATP生物荧光法检测结果均显示泡沫保湿剂预处理组清洗效果最好,对呼吸机外置管路清洗效果合格率均达到98%以上,不进行预处理和清水预处理组对呼吸机外管路清洗效果合格率均比较低。结论泡沫保湿预处理方法可以显著提高呼吸机外置管路的清洗效果。 Objective To compare the effect of three pretreatment methods on the cleaning and disinfection of external respiratory tube after tracheotomy in elderly tracheostomy patients.Methods From January to May in 2022,600 sets of external tubes of respirator were divided into three groups by random number table method,including no pretreatment group,clean water rinsing group,foam moisturizing pretreatment group.After pretreatment,they were recycled to the disinfection supply department for centralized cleaning and disinfection,and the cleaning and disinfection quality of the external pipe of ventilator was detected by visual inspection method,path inspection instrument,ATP biofluorescence method,BCA protein residue method,and microbial culture method.Results The results of visual inspection,path inspection instrument and ATP biofluorescence method all showed that the foam moisturizer pretreatment group had the best cleaning effect,and the qualification rate of the ventilator external pipeline cleaning effect reached more than 98%,and the qualification rate was relatively low in no pretreatment group and clean water pretreatment group.Conclusion The foam moisturizing pretreatment method can significantly improve the cleaning effect of the external ventilator tube.
