摘要
[目的]本文旨在探究抗除草剂转基因大豆与野大豆基因流动后可能产生的生态风险。[方法]以抗草甘膦转基因大豆TS(父本)和内蒙古包头野大豆WS(母本)人工杂交F_(1)的自交种F_(2)为对象,研究F_(2)在农田土和荒地土2种土壤以及无杂草竞争和有杂草竞争2种种植条件下的适合度;并观察不同硬实率的F_(2)自交种子的种皮结构。[结果]F_(2)的出苗率为75.00%,显著高于WS,但低于TS。对于单株结荚数、单株饱粒数,4种种植方式下,F_(2)均显著低于WS;除在混种荒地土下F_(2)低于TS外,其他条件均高于TS或与TS相当。F_(2)的株高、百粒重以及地上部干生物量均显著高于WS,但低于TS。F_(2)自交种子出现种皮色和硬实率的明显分化,且种脐的开放程度及种皮表面是否有凹陷小孔是影响硬实率的关键因素。[结论]F_(2)均能完成生活史,且产生饱满种子,说明转基因大豆的花粉漂移到野大豆并产生杂交后代,杂交后代在自然环境中有生存定植的可能性。
[Objectives]The research aimed to explore the the potential ecological risks of gene flow via pollen from herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean to wild soybean.[Methods]The F_(2),obtained by the self-pollination of the F_(1),which was crossed artificially between glyphosate-resistant transgenic soybean TS(male parent)and wild soybean WS(female parent)from Baotou,Inner Mongolia,was used to study its fitness under two kinds of soil wasteland and farmland,and two planting conditions,competition with weeds and non-competition with weeds.Meanwhile,the seed coat structure of self-pollinated seeds of F_(2) with different hard seededness was observed.[Results]The emergence rate of F_(2) was 75.00%,which was significantly higher than that of WS,but lower than that of TS.Under the four conditions,F_(2) was significantly lower than WS on the number of pods per plant and the number of filled seeds per plant;except that F_(2) was lower than TS under farmland competed with weeds,F_(2) was greater than TS or similar to TS under other three conditions.The plant height,100-seed weight and above-ground dry biomass of F_(2) were significantly higher than those of WS,but lower than those of TS.The self-pollinated seeds of F_(2) showed an obvious differentiation in seed coat color and hard-seededness,and the opening degree of the hilum of these seeds of F_(2) and whether there were concave pores on the seed coat surface were the key factors which affected hard seededness.[Conclusions]F_(2) could complete the life cycle and produce filled seeds.Once the pollen of transgenic soybean escapes to wild soybean and produces hybrid offspring,the hybrid may survive and colonize in the natural environment.
