电催化强化技术对石化废水有机污染物的去除研究 被引量:4

The Removal of Organic Pollutants in Petrochemical Wastewater by Enhanced Electrocatalysis Technology

摘要 研究探索了三种电催化强化技术对石化废水有机污染物的去除效果,同时采用三维荧光分析仪、气相色谱质谱仪等分析了有机污染物在不同电催化强化过程中的降解机制。O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化技术对废水中总有机碳的去除率最高,达到85%,这是因为该技术能高效去除大分子量(1 200 g/mol)和小分子量(220 g/mol)有机物。研究显示荧光组分有机物在三种电催化强化技术中的总体去除率顺序为:O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化>O_(3)电催化强化>H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化(O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化:9 mmol/LH_(2)O_(2)+50 mg/L O_(3)投加量、O_(3)电催化强化:50 mg/L O_(3)投加量、H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化:9 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)投加量)。其中O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化技术完全去除了芳香蛋白类化合物Ⅰ,芳香蛋白类化合物Ⅱ和类富里酸有机物。O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2)电催化强化技术对小分子量的多环芳烃、烷烃等7种有机物有高效的去除作用;其中完全去除了烯烃和有机酸类有机物。 In this paper,the removal effect of organic pollutants in petrochemical wastewater by three kinds of enhanced electrocatalysis technologies was investigated,the degradation mechanism of organic pollutants in different enhanced electrocatalysis technologies was analyzed by using threedimensional fluorescence analyzer and gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The removal rate of total organic carbon by O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis was the highest,reaching 85%,which can be explained that the technology effectively removed organic matters with large molecular weight(1200 g/mol)and small molecular weight(220 g/mol).The results showed that the order of the total removal rate of fluorescent organic compounds in the three enhanced electrocatalysis was as follows:O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis>O_(3) enhanced electrocatalysis>H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis(O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis:9 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)+50 mg/L O_(3),O_(3) enhanced electrocatalysis:50 mg/L O_(3),H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis:9 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)).O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis technology completely removed aromatic protein compounds I,aromatic protein compounds II and fulvic acid like organic compounds.O_(3)+H_(2)O_(2) enhanced electrocatalysis technology can effectively remove 7 organic compounds with small molecular weight,such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes;and alkenes and organic acids were completely removed by this technology.
