摘要
目的:探讨临床治疗痤疮瘢痕采取不同间隔时间脉冲染料激光方式的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年12月南京维多利亚美容医院接诊治疗痤疮瘢痕患者78例,按计算机随机编号抽签结果分为对照组和观察组,各39例。两组患者均采用脉冲染料激光治疗,观察组患者每3周治疗1次,对照组患者每4周治疗1次。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善用时及皮肤指标。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);观察组患者红斑消失时间、水肿消退时间、创面恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组患者红斑指数、黑斑指数、表皮水分丢失量均低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:临床治疗痤疮瘢痕可通过脉冲染料激光治疗,其中间隔3周实施治疗效果更为理想,可有效促进患者痤疮瘢痕的修复,改善皮肤状态,值得运用推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of different interval pulsed dye laser in the treatment of acne scar.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with acne scar treated in Nanjing Victoria Aesthetic Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the results of computer random numbering lottery,with thirty-nine cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with pulsed dye laser,the observation group was treated once every 3 weeks,and the control group was treated once every 4 weeks.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time and skin indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The time of erythema disappearance,edema regression and wound recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the erythema index,dark spot index and epidermal water loss in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of acne scars can be treated by pulsed dye laser,and the treatment effect of 3 weeks interval is more ideal,which can effectively promote the repair of acne scars and improve the skin condition,and is worthy of application and promotion.
