摘要
目的 观察半夏白术天麻汤合牵正散对老年恢复期缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能、认知功能的影响及应用效果。方法 将98例缺血性脑卒中恢复期老年患者随机分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组行常规基础治疗与康复治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤、牵正散治疗,对比两组治疗效果、认知与运动功能、生活质量、血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、强啡肽(Dyn)水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、卒中影响量表(SIS)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NPY、Dyn水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤合牵正散对改善老年恢复期缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能、认知功能等均具有积极作用,具有应用及推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction plus Qianzheng Powder in treatment of elderly convalescent ischemic stroke and its influence on the motor function.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with ischemic stroke in convalescence were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases each.Control group received routine basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment,while observation group received Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Qianzheng Powder on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,cognitive and motor functions,quality oflife,plasma levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY),dynorphin(Dyn)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the scores of MMSE,Fugl Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)and Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the levels of NPY and Dyn were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction plus Qianzheng Powder can effectively improve the cognitive function,motor function and quality of life of elderly patients with ischemic stroke in convalescence.
