摘要
目的分析小剂量孕激素治疗单纯性子宫内膜增生临床疗效及其对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取100例单纯性子宫内膜增生患者,术后给予小剂量孕激素治疗,观察临床疗效与性激素水平。结果治疗后,患者的月经逐渐恢复正常,月经周期明显规律,经期前子宫内膜厚度变薄,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平降低,同治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后分泌期子宫内膜87例(87.00%),增殖期子宫内膜8例(8.00%),单纯型增生者5例(5.00%),转化率为95.00%(95/100);大部分患者治疗后未出现不良反应。结论单纯性子宫内膜增生采用小剂量孕激素治疗临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平,用药安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low-dose progesterone in the treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia and its effect on sex hormone levels in patients.Methods 100 patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia were selected as the study objects,and small dose of progesterone was given after surgery to observe the clinical effect and sex hormone level.Results After treatment,the patients'menstruation gradually returned to normal,the menstrual cycle was obviously regular,the endometrial thickness was thinner before menstruation,and the levels of follicle-generating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))were decreased,with statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were 87 cases(87.00%)of secretory endometrium,8 cases(8.00%)of proliferative endometrium,and 5 cases(5.00%)of simple hyperplasia endometrium.The conversion rate was 95.00%(95/100).Most patients did not have adverse reactions after treatment.Conclusion The treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia with small dose of progesterone has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients with high drug safety.
