摘要
为对排障器的结构静强度、疲劳强度、螺栓连接强度进行全面的安全性评估,根据排障器结构特点,建立排障器结构仿真模型,采用数值计算方法对排障器结构进行静强度、疲劳强度分析。根据排障器与车体的安装方式,提出一种适用于提取排障器螺栓工作载荷的仿真方法,采用VDI 2230对螺栓强度进行校核。结果表明排障器强度满足设计要求。
In order to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation on the structure static strength,fatigue strength and bolt connection strength of the obstacle deflector,a detailed simulation model of the obstacle deflector structure is established according to the structural characteristics,the static strength and fatigue strength of the obstacle deflector structure are analyzed by numerical calculation method.According to the installation mode of the obstacle deflector and the vehicle body,a simulation method suitable for extracting the working load of the obstacle deflector bolt is proposed.The bolt strength is checked based on VDI 2230.The results show that the strength of obstacle deflector meet the design requirements.
