摘要
目的:分析我科自拟骨伤熏洗方对踝关节骨折术后关节功能康复的临床疗效。方法:将我院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的60例踝关节L-H分型Ⅲ°-Ⅳ°的骨折手术患者,根据入院顺序术后2周随机分为试验组(自拟骨伤熏洗方熏洗+常规康复)和对照组(常规康复)各30例,检测两组术后2周治疗0周、4周、8周治疗前、后踝关节肿胀值、患肢血氧饱和度,X线检查评价两组术后2周治疗0周、4周、8周骨痂形成情况,治疗4周、8周按Baird踝关节评分标准和AOFAS后足评分标准评定关节功能,随后进行统计分析。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、侧别、体重、身高、身体质量指数等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后患肢肿胀值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后患肢血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后踝关节Baird评分与AOFAS后足评分、骨痂形成方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟骨伤熏洗方配合有序的功能锻炼可改善踝关节骨折患者术后关节肿胀,促进骨痂形成,是踝关节骨折术后康复治疗的一种有效方法,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made bone injury fumigation for the rehabilitation of joint function after ankle fracture operation.Methods:60 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 with ankle fractures of L-H fracture type III°-IV°were randomly divided into a intervention group(self-made bone injury fumigation and washing prescription combined with conventional rehabilitation)and a control group(conventional rehabilitation).There were 30 patients in each group.The functional recovery was evaluated for two groups according to the ankle swelling value,oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2),and the callus of forming assessed by X-ray before and after the treatment at the 0,4 and 8 weeks,which was taken 2weeks after operation,joint function was assessed by the Baird Ankle Score and the AOFAS Hindfoot Score at week 4and 8of treatment,followed by statistical analysis.Results:There was no significant difference in gender,age,side,weight,height,body mass index and other general data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in limb swelling between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);The oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2)had no significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in Baird-Jackson score,Ankle-Hindfoot Scale(AOFAS)and the callus formation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Self-made bone injury fumigation and washing prescription with orderly functional exercises can improve postoperative joint swelling and promote bone scab formation in patients with ankle fractures,which is an effective method for post-operative rehabilitation of ankle fractures and is worthy of clinical promotion.
