摘要
为做好松原市现代水网规划,指导推进松原市水利现代化建设进程,本文以问题为导向,以需求为牵引,在深入分析松原水网建设和面临形势的基础上,立足松原市情、水情和水利基础设施特点,以联网、补网、强链为重点,提出了水资源配置网、防洪减灾网、水生态保护网、数字孪生水网的现代水网构建思路,同时结合松原市实际情况,提出了松原市现代水网建设的总体布局。
In order to plan the Songyuan modern water network,and provide a guide to the promotion of Songyuan water conservancy modernization construction process,taking the problem as the guidance,with the demand as the traction,on the basis of in-depth analysis of Songyuan water network construction foundation and current situation,based on Songyuan city situation,water situation and water conservancy infrastructure characteristics focusing on networking,meshing and enstronging chains,puts forward construction ideas of modern water network,including water resource allocation network,flood control and disaster reduction network,water ecological protection network as well as digital twin water network.Meanwhile,combined with the actual situation of Songyuan city,the overall layout of modern water network construction in Songyuan city is proposed.
