摘要
膨胀型防火涂料是一种涂敷在基材表面,遇火能够反应生成厚度远高于原涂层的炭层,从而减少热量向基材传导,提高被防护基材耐火极限的功能涂料。膨胀型防火涂料中的阻燃体系包括膨胀型阻燃体系与非膨胀型阻燃剂,本研究综述了阻燃体系的研究现状及阻燃机理,并对阻燃体系的发展趋势提出了建议。
Intumescent fire retardant coating is a special coating applied to the surface of the substrate.In case of fire,an expanded carbon layer with a thickness several times thicker than that of the original coating can be formed,preventing heat conduction to the substrate and improving the fire resistance of the protected substrate.Flame retardant system of intumescent fire retardant coatings includes intumescent flame retardant system and non-intumescent flame retardant.In this paper,the research progress and mechanism of flame retardant systems are reviewed,and suggestions for the development trend of flame retardant systems are put forward.
