摘要
目的:分析不同微生物检验技术在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年4月至2022年3月该院收治的120例霉菌性阴道炎患者的临床资料,根据检验方法不同将其分为镜检法、凝集法、培养法各40例。所有患者均接受阴道分泌物检查,分析三种检查方法对阴道分泌物的检出率及培养时间。结果:培养法霉菌检出率为97.50%(39/40),高于凝集法的80.00%(32/40)和镜检法的75.00%(30/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝集法与镜检法霉菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培养法的培养时间长于凝集法和镜检法,且凝集法长于镜检法,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培养法在霉菌性阴道炎患者阴道炎诊断中的检出率高于凝集法和镜检法,但培养时间较长。
Objective:To analyze value of different microbiological examination technologies in diagnosis of fungal vaginitis.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different test methods,they were divided into microscopic examination method group,agglutination method group and culture method group,40 cases in each group.All patients were examined for the vaginal secretions.The detection rate and the culture time of vaginal secretions by the three methods were analyzed.Results:The fungi detection rate of the culture method was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the agglutination method and 75.00%(30/40)of the microscopic examination method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the fungi detection rate between the agglutination method and the microscopic examination method(P>0.05).The culture time of the culture method was longer than that of the agglutination method and the microscopic examination method,that of the agglutination method was longer than that of the microscopic examination method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rate of the culture method in the diagnosis of the patients with fungal vaginitis is higher than that of the agglutination method and the microscopic examination,but the culture time is longer.
