摘要
对新型电力系统灵活性资源投资优化技术进行研究,在发掘灵活性资源的基础上,以煤电为调峰支撑,配套建设风电、光伏发电、电化学储能设施,利用多能互补优化技术提高电力系统的调节能力。以某火力发电厂为例,介绍了其采用的灵活性资源投资优化技术,采用全年生产模拟法对预期效果进行定量计算,计算结果验证了灵活性资源投资优化技术的有效性。
The investment optimization technology for flexible resources in new power system is researched.Based on the exploration of flexible resources,the wind power,photovoltaic power and electrochemical energy storage facilities are constructed using coal-fired power as peak regulation support,the multi-energy complementation technology is adopted to improve the regulation capacity of power system.Taking a certain thermal power plant as an example,the investment optimization technology for flexible resources that it uses is introduced.The quantitative calculation of the expected effects is carried out by using the year-round production simulation method,and the results verify the effectiveness of the investment optimization technology for flexible resources.
