摘要
通过构建元宇宙架构下碳中和社区“2-3-4”治理模型,以元宇宙技术体系作为碳中和社区治理的基本架构,将碳中和社区的治理与元宇宙的运行相结合,形成碳中和社区治理的智能监测、控制优化、实时交互、决策智能的多功能复杂智慧系统。对元宇宙架构下的碳中和社区治理模式、治理功能和阶段性治理重点进行论证。研究表明:元宇宙可从数字驱动视角解决碳中和社区在治理上的碎片化破解并取得共识等问题,有利于打造多场景、全过程、多主体的智慧治理体系。元宇宙架构下的碳中和社区治理体系主要包含三大功能:对碳排放的实时监测;参与构建碳交易体系;形成社区碳管理决策智能。元宇宙的发展阶段与碳中和社区的渐进式治理在结构上存在以技术为功能拓展方向的治理重点嵌合。
By building the metaverse architecture carbon neutral"2-3-4"community governance model,taking the technical system of the metaverse as the basic framework of carbon neutral community governance,combining the carbon neutral community governance with the operation of the metaverse,the multi-function complex intelligent system is constructed with the functions of intelligent monitoring,control optimization,real-time interaction and decision making of the carbon neutral community governance.The carbon neutral community governance mode,governance function and phased governance points under metaverse are demonstrated.The research shows that the metaverse can solve the problems of fragmentation and consensus in the governance of carbon neutral communities from the perspective of digital driving,which is conducive to building a multi-scene,whole-process and multi-subject intelligent governance system.The carbon-neutral community governance system under metaverse mainly includes such three functions as real-time monitoring of carbon emissions,participating in the construction of a carbon trading system,and realizing community carbon management decisionmaking intelligence.The development stage of the metaverse and the progressive governance of the carbon neutral community form the structural chimera in governance focus with technology as the expansion of function.
