摘要
目的探讨郑州地区已婚育龄女性综合健康状况及影响因素。方法于2021年10—12月在郑州市辖区内采用分阶段随机抽样方法对郑州市已婚育龄女性进行综合健康状况的问卷调查,采用描述性分析方法对该地区已婚育龄女性综合健康状况进行分析,并采用单、多因素分析方法对影响已婚育龄女性综合健康状况的因素进行分析。结果本研究共对1062名已婚育龄女性进行调查,年龄21~47岁,以21~<35岁所占比例较高,为63.28%,现居住地在城市者占68.17%。综合健康状况差者658例,占61.96%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄越大(OR=1.561)、受教育程度初中及以下(OR=2.097)、体重过轻(OR=2.100)、超重肥胖(OR=1.927)、家庭月平均收入<3000元(OR=1.214)、中度压力水平(OR=1.132)、重度压力水平(OR=1.978)是已婚育龄女性健康状况差的危险因素。结论郑州地区超过半数的已婚育龄女性综合健康状况较差,年龄、受教育程度、BMI、家庭月平均收入、压力水平与健康状况显著相关。
Objective To explore the comprehensive health status and influencing factors of married women of childbearing age in Zhengzhou.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the comprehensive health status of married women of childbearing age in the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou City from October to December 2021 using a phased random sampling method.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the comprehensive health status of married women of childbearing age in the area,and univariate and multivariate analysis methods were used to analyze the influencing factors on the comprehensive health status of married women of childbearing age.Results In this study,a total of 1062 married women of childbearing age were investigated,aged 21 to 47.The proportion of women aged 21 to<35 was higher,accounting for 63.28%,and 68.17%lived in cities.There were 658 cases with poor comprehensive health status,accounting for 61.96%.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the older the age(OR=1.561),the education level of junior high school or below(OR=2.097),the underweight(OR=2.100),the overweight and obesity(OR=1.927),the average monthly family income<3000 yuan(OR=1.214),the moderate stress level(OR=1.132),and the severe stress level(OR=1.978)were risk factors for poor comprehensive health status in married women of childbearing age.Conclusion More than half of married women of childbearing age have poor comprehensive health status,and age,education level,BMI,average monthly family income,and stress level are significantly correlated with their health status.
