摘要 介绍了发动机气缸盖铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的内浇注位置选择、分型面设计、缩尺设计、浇注系统设计、冒口及冷铁设计,利用数值模拟软件对铸件充型及凝固过程进行模拟分析,确定较为合理的铸造工艺,并在实际生产过程中的操作进行严格控制,采用3D打印工艺打印砂芯。生产结果显示:铸件的综合废品率控制在6%,铸件关键区域经RT检测无缺陷,由于采用3D打印砂芯技术,解决了铸件底层水腔披缝问题,气道表面粗糙度也符合技术要求。 The structure and technical requirements of engine cylinder head castings were introduced.The casting location selection,parting surface design,scale design,gating system design,riser and chiller design were elaborated in detail.The numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification process of the casting,determine a more reasonable casting process.In the actual production process,the operation was strictly controlled and 3D printing process was used to print the sand core.The production results showed that the comprehensive reject rate of the castings was controlled at 6%.The key areas had no defects after RT inspection.Due to the use of 3D printing sand core technology,the problem of the water cavity at the bottom of casting was solved.And the surface roughness of the air passage also met the technical requirements.
