摘要
目的探究中药治疗围绝经期高血压的组方用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)建库至2022年10月收录的中药治疗围绝经期高血压研究文献。采用中医传承计算平台V3.0纳入文献处方药物频次、性味、归经进行统计,分析其组方规律,挖掘核心组合及生成新处方。结果共纳入193首处方,涉及180味中药。高频药物有当归、白芍、茯苓、生地黄、知母、酸枣仁、钩藤、淫羊藿、黄柏、泽泻等;药味以甘、苦、辛性居多;药性以寒性居多;药物多归肝经,其次为肾、心、脾经。其功效以补虚为主。关联规则分析发现知母、黄柏、当归、白芍、淫羊藿、酸枣仁、生地黄、仙茅、巴戟天9味为核心药物。运用复杂系统熵聚类进行新方分析,得到4首新处方。结论中药治疗围绝经期高血压以温肾阳、益精血,调冲任、平阴阳为原则。用药以二仙汤加减为基本方,调理肝肾同时,临证辅以滋阴清热、平肝息风、化痰祛湿、活血化瘀等药物。
Objective To explore the medication law of prescriptions of TCM for the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension;To provide reference for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal hypertension.Methods Literature about TCM for the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to October 2022.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform System V3.0 was used to conduct the statistical analysis on frequency,property and taste,and meridian tropism to analyze the prescription law,mine core combinations and foster new prescriptions.Results A total of 193 prescriptions were included,involving 180 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The top 10 highfrequency medicines were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,Poria,Rehmannine Radix,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Epimedii Folium,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,and Alismatis Rhizoma.The main medicine tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent,and the medicine property was mainly cold;the medicines mainly have the meridian tropism of liver meridians,followed by the kidney,heart and spleen meridians.Most of the herbs had the efficacy of tonifying deficiency.Association rule analysis found that the core medicines were Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,Epimedii Folium,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Rehmannine Radix,Curculiginis Rhizoma,and Morinda Officinalis Radix.Analysis on new prescriptions was conducted using complex system entropy clustering,and four new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion TCM for the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension follows the principle of warming kidney yang,benefiting blood essence,regulating Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel and balancing yin and yang.The medication is based on the modification of Erxian Decoction,which can regulate the liver and kidney,and supplement with drugs with the efficacy of nourishing yin and clearing heat,pacifying the liver and subsiding internal wind,resolving phlegm and removing dampness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
