摘要 骨关节疾病的发病率正逐年上升,已严重影响患者的生活质量和社会经济发展。近年来大量研究表明蛇床子素治疗骨关节疾病作用显著。蛇床子素可通过促进成骨细胞骨形成,促进骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化,抑制破骨细胞分化进而治疗骨质疏松症;还可通过调控软骨细胞增殖及抑制炎症治疗骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎,抑制神经节中炎症因子释放从而缓解多种骨痛。后续可制备蛇床子素衍生物以改善其药代动力学特征,并继续明确蛇床子素治疗骨关节疾病的靶点和机制。因此,本文综述了蛇床子素治疗骨关节疾病的研究进展,以期为其在临床上的进一步开发应用提供参考。 The incidence of bone and joint diseases is increasing year by year,which has seriously lowered the quality of life and social and economic development of patients.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that osthole has a significant therapeutic effect on bone and joint diseases.Osthole can regulate bone metabolism by promoting osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and inhibiting osteoclast differentiation to treat osteoporosis.Osthole can treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis by regulating chondrocyte proliferation and inhibiting inflammation.Osthole can alleviate various types of bone pain by reducing the release of inflammatory factors in ganglia.In the future,derivatives of osthole can be developed to improve the pharmacokinetic characteristics of osthole,and the targets and mechanisms of osthole in the treatment of bone and joint diseases should be further revealed.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of osthole in the treatment of bone and joint diseases,which could provide reference for its further development and application in clinical practice.
