严寒地区既有建筑围护结构低碳设计研究——以鞍山市某办公建筑为例 被引量:4

Low-carbon Design Research of Existing Building Envelopes in Cold Areas:Taking an Office Building in Anshan City as an Example

摘要 以辽宁省鞍山市某办公建筑为例,从对减碳总量进行控制的角度出发,探析在严寒地区气候环境下近零能耗建筑的改造策略和设计技术路径。根据GB/T 51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》中的节能要求,对该建筑的围护结构和光热环境以及能源系统进行设计改造。对该建筑的建筑形式、外围护结构做法进行实测并采用Grasshopper平台进行参数化模拟以及对改造后的减碳总量进行统计。结合建筑运行能耗进行分析后得出,南、北朝向外窗的最佳窗墙比为0.70,东、西两个立面则应从人体光舒适度的角度考虑,满足室内光照与自然采光需求后,尽量降低窗墙比设置。研究发现,通过改造既有建筑的围护结构,建筑全年运行能耗可减少15.37%,其减碳量可达106.96 t。 Taking an office building in Anshan,Liaoning Province as an example,from the perspective of controlling the total amount of carbon reduction,the transformation strategy and design technology path of the near-zero energy building in the cold region climate environment are discussed.According to the Technical Standards for Near Zero Energy Consumption Buildings(GB/T 51350-2019),the building's enclosure structure and energy system are designed and retrofitted.The actual measurements on the architectural form and peripheral protective structure of the building are conducted,utilizing the Grass hopper platform for parametric simulation.After analyzing the energy consumption of building operation,it is found that the optimal window to wall ratio for windows facing south and north is 0.70,while the window to wall ratio for windows facing east and west should be minimized while meeting the requirements for indoor lighting,natural lighting,and human comfort.It is found that by retrofitting the existing building envelope structure,the energy consumption during the operational phase of the building can be reduced by 15.37%and the carbon reduction amount can reach 106.96 tons through the retrofit of the existing building envelope.
