摘要
在管道防腐工作中大管径管道焊缝采用人工入孔涂覆防腐,而小管径及特征管道人工涂覆不易实现。在供热、供水和消防管道中,小管径管道占据总体管道长度的大部分,管道支线多,焊缝数量大,急需一种能够实现小管径及特征管道内壁防腐喷涂的装置。研究的管道内喷涂机器人可有效解决小管径及特征管道内壁不易喷涂的问题。介绍机器人(CCTV)技术在某环球影视城项目空调冷热水管网及消防管网工程中的应用情况,综合阐述在小管径管道及特征管接口内防腐施工中的优越性。
In the pipeline anti-corrosion work,the welding seam of large diameter pipeline is coated manually,while the manual coating of small diameter and characteristic pipeline is not easy to achieve.However,in the heat supply,water supply and fire-fighting pipelines,small diameter pipelines account for the majority of the overall pipeline length,there are many branch pipelines and a large number of welds,so a device that can realize anti-corrosion spraying on the inner wall of small diameter and characteristic pipelines is urgently needed.The research on pipeline internal spraying robots effectively addresses the problem of difficult coating on the internal walls of small-diameter and special feature pipelines.This paper introduces the application of CCTV technology in the air conditioning hot and cold water pipe network and fire protection pipe network project of Universal Studios,and comprehensively expounds the advantages of this technology in the internal anti-corrosion construction of small-diameter pipes and characteristic pipe joints.
