摘要
针对复合材料预埋件力学性能试验,分析了预埋件的结构及试验标准,设计一种新型压拉式方案代替拉伸式方案,重点应用新型方案研究预埋件静态强度、极限性能和疲劳性能。研究表明:新型试验设计满足要求,且能将大吨位压缩载荷转换成拉伸载荷,操作方便、实用性强,对同类产品研发和试验起一定的指导作用。
Targeting the mechanical property test of composite embedded parts,the structure and test standards for embedded parts are analyze,and a new press-pull scheme is designed to replace the tensile scheme,focusing on the study of the static strength,performance limit and fatigue properties of the embedded parts with the new scheme.Researches show that the new experiment design,characterized by easy operation and high practicability,meets requirements,can convert high-tonnage compressive load into tensile load and provide a guidance for the development and test of similar products.
