摘要
目的探究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹子宫肌瘤术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取100例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者予以传统开腹子宫肌瘤术治疗,研究组患者予以腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组患者手术治疗指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间(80.25±9.49)min、术后排气时间(12.52±1.34)h、首次下床活动时间(12.26±1.41)h以及住院时间(4.52±0.76)d,均明显短于对照组的(90.63±10.84)min、(26.42±2.26)h、(48.63±4.42)h、(7.16±1.17)d,且研究组术中出血量(92.25±14.15)ml明显少于对照组的(171.52±20.42)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,相较于传统开腹子宫肌瘤术治疗,患者的手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,且术后并发症发生率低,患者术后康复速度更快,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical eficacy difference of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy and traditional open uterine fibroids in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open uterine fibroids,the study group was treated with laparoscopic uterine myomectomy.The surgical treatment index and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,first time out of bed activity and hospital time in the study group was(80.25±9.49)min,(12.52±1.34)h,(12.26±1.41)h,(4.52±0.76)d,which were significantly shorter than(90.63±10.84)min,(26.42±2.26)h,(48.63±4.42)h,(7.16±1.17)d in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was(92.25±14.15)ml,which was significantly less than(171.52±20.42)ml,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the study group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open uterine fibroids,uterine fibroids patients for laparoscopic uterine fibroidectomy have shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding and lower incidence of postoperative complications,the postoperative recovery speed of patients is faster,is worthy of clinical promotion.
