摘要
为落实中医药“传承精华、守正创新”的人才培养要求,提升学生的中医药文化自信和学科自信,让学生在早临床阶段形成稳固的中医临床思维模式,探索设计基于海派中医妇科流派建设的中医本科生教学模式,内容包括线上理论学习、临床跟师实践、典型医案整理、学习心得总结、教学方案评价及总结分析。结果表明,将海派中医妇科流派建设运用于本科生临床带教,可以提升本科生的中医药文化自信和学科自信,促进本科生中医临床思维模式的形成,发挥海派中医妇科流派建设的意义和价值。
A teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)undergraduate students is designed based on the construction of the Shanghai schools of traditional Chinese gynecology(TCG)to meet the talent cultivation requirements of“inheriting essence,adhering to the right path and innovating”of TCM,improve students'confidence in TCM culture and discipline,and enable them to develop stable ways of TCM clinical thinking since their early clinical exposure.The present exploration of the teaching mode involves online theoretical learning,clinical apprenticeship,typical medical case study,learning experience summary,and teaching plan evaluation and analysis.The results show that the application of the Shanghai schools of TCG in clinical teaching of undergraduates could enhance their confidence in TCM culture and discipline,and foster their ways of TCM clinical thinking,giving full play to the significance and value of such academic schools.
