摘要
利用CFD方法对DN110隔离阀流场和阻力特性进行了有限元分析,计算了开合度为20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的隔离阀流道流场和阻力特性。结果表明:当隔离阀的开度分别为20%、40%、60%、80%和100%时,其内部流体的最大流速分别为8.182 m/s、3.011 m/s、1.639 m/s、1.495 m/s和1.347 m/s,其内部流体最大压强分别为596.8 Pa、33.6 Pa、8.505 Pa、4.459 Pa和3.504 Pa。基于Ansys fluent计算的隔离阀流阻系数与同等实验条件下测定的流阻系数一致。隔离阀开合度范围为20%~40%时,隔离阀流阻系数变化非常明显。隔离阀开合度范围为40%~60%时,隔离阀的流阻系数逐渐趋于稳定。隔离阀开合度范围为60%~100%时,隔离阀的流阻系数几乎不变化。
The finite element analysis of flow field and resistance characteristics of DN110 isolation valve with 20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%opening were calculated by using CFD method.The results show when the opening of the isolation valve is 20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%respectively,the maximum flow rate of the internal fluid is 8.182 m/s,3.011 m/s,1.639 m/s,1.495 m/s and 1.347 m/s respectively.The maximum internal fluid pressure is 596.8 Pa,33.6 Pa,8.505 Pa,4.459 Pa and 3.504 Pa,respectively.The flow resistance coefficient calculated by Ansys Fluent is good agreed with that experiment under the same experimental conditions.In the isolation valve′s opening range of 20%~40%,the flow resistance coefficient of isolation valve change is very obvious.In the isolation valve′s opening degree range of 40%~60%,the flow resistance coefficient of isolation valve gradually tends to be stable.In the isolation valve′s opening degree range of 60%~100%,the flow resistance coefficient of isolation valve is almost unchanged.
