摘要
痛风性关节炎通常病情反复发作,病程久治不愈,疗效差,严重影响患者生活质量。中医常从“痹症”论治,汪国友教授在长期诊疗实践中,基于传统三焦理论,结合发病过程及临床表现,提出三焦失常、脏腑失和为发病基础,三焦不畅、脾肾亏虚为核心病机,主张以“畅利三焦,固本澄源”为大法辨治痛风性关节炎。藉从三焦理论在痛风性关节炎治疗中的运用进行探讨,以期补充治疗思路。
Gouty arthritis usually occurs repeatedly,and the course of disease is lingering and refractory.The treatment effect is poor,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)often treats this disease from“Arthralgia”.In the long-term practice of diagnosis and treatment,tutor Wang Guo-you,based on the traditional theory of sanjiao and combined with the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this disease,proposed that the disorder of sanjiao and the disorder of viscera were the pathogenesis basis of this disease.The disorder of sanjiao and the deficiency of spleen and kidney were the core pathogenesis of this disease.He advocated the treatment of gouty arthritis by“smoothing sanjiao and consolidating the root and clearing the source”.This paper discusses the application of sanjiao theory in the treatment of gouty arthritis,in order to supplement the treatment of this disease.
