摘要
2021年9月公布《国家重点保护野生植物名录》后,为全面掌握怀化市国家重点保护植物情况,通过长期调查,结合文献资料分析,明确了怀化市分布的国家重点保护植物39科64属91种。其中:栽培8种,隶属7科8属;野生83种,隶属35科56属。野生种中,国家一级保护植物5科5属5种,国家二级保护植物32科52属78种;林业和草原局管理的23科36属52种,农业农村部管理的14科20属31种。与1999年版《名录》比较,怀化市新增一级国家重点保护野生植物2种;原一级降为二级2种;删除(合并)7种。查清了以前资料中常记载的桫椤、红豆杉、楠木、细叶楠、红豆树、长柄双花木、连香树、华南锥、尖叶栎等种怀化市没有定位照片或是标本实物。对物种起源和草本植物分布问题也进行了讨论。
After the publication of the List of Wild Plants under State Key Protection in September 2021,a total of 39 families,64 genera and 91 species of State key protection plants in Huaihua were identified through long-term investigation and combined with literature.Among them:there are 8 cultivated species,belonging to 7 families 8 genera;there are 83 wild species belonging to 56 genera and 35 families.Among the wild species,there are 5 families,5 genera,5 species of plants under state first class protection,and 32 families,52 genera,78 species of plants under state second class protection.The Forestry and Grassland Administration manages 23 families,36 genera and 52 species,while the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs manages 14 families,20 genera and 31 species.Compared with the 1999 edition of the List,Huaihua added 2 species of wild plants under state key protection.The original one dropped to the second class 2 species;7 types are deleted(or merged).The previous information often recorded Alsophila spinulosa,Taxus chinensis,Phoebe zhennan,Phoebe hui Cheng ex Yang,Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.,Disanthuscercidifolius Maxim.,Cercidiphyllum japonicum Sieb.,Castanopsis concinna,Quercus spathulata var.oxyphylla and other kinds of Huaihua City without positioning photos or specimens.The origin of species and the distribution of herbaceous plants were discussed.
