基于海水制备蓝湿革的工序工艺效果初步探究 被引量:5

摘要 为减少制革工业中鲜水的使用量,用海水代替自来水制备蓝湿革。首先,分析了海水和自来水的主要成分和关键指标;然后,以美国进口牛盐湿皮为原料皮,考察不同水质对浸水、浸灰、脱灰-软化、浸酸以及鞣制等工序工艺效果的影响;以及对蓝湿革性能的影响。试验结果表明,相对常规工业用水而言,海水在浸水、浸灰工序具有更好的工艺效果,浸酸则基本一致,而脱灰-软化和鞣制的工艺效果略差,但均已达到预期的工艺效果,这说明利用海水代替自来水制备蓝革是可行的。这为解决制革行业淡水资源短缺问题提供了新的思路。 To reduce the amount of fresh water used in tanning industry,seawater was used instead of tap water to prepare wet blue leather.Firstly,the main components and key indicators of seawater and tap water were analyzed;then,using the cow salt wet hide imported from the United States as the raw material,the effect of different water quality on the processes of soaking,liming,deliming-softening,pickling and tanning was investigated,and effects on the properties of wet blue leather.The test results showed that compared with conventional industrial water,seawater has better technological effects in soaking and liming processes,and pickling is basically the same,while the technological effects of deliming-softening and tanning are slightly worse,but they finally have all reached the expected.The process effect showed that it is feasible to use seawater instead of tap water to prepare blue leather.This provides a new idea for solving the shortage of fresh water resources in the tanning industry.
