摘要
本土资源是促进幼儿有效学习的重要载体,是资源贫乏地区幼儿园课程的重要补充。基于“土家腊味”这一本土资源开发园本课程,要在认知、能力和情感目标上充分体现幼儿的发展要求。教师可以将“土家腊味”本土资源的教育元素融入幼儿园五大领域教学,通过创设美食工作坊等方式来引导幼儿对这一食物表现形式的全面认知,通过建设课程资源库来强化“土家腊味”本土资源对幼儿发展的支持。
Local resource is an important carrier to promote children’s effective learning and an important supplement to the curriculum of kindergartens in resource-poor areas.To develop kindergarten-based curriculum based on the local resource“Tujia preserved flavor”,children’s developmental requirements should be fully reflected in terms of cognition,ability and emotional goals.Teachers can integrate the educational elements of“Tujia preserved flavor”local resources into the five areas of kindergarten teaching,through the creation of food workshop and other ways to guide children to this form of food comprehensive cognition,strengthen the support of“Tujia preserved flavor”local resources for children’s development through the construction of curriculum resource bank.
