摘要
基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论辨证论治男性不育症,是对《黄帝内经》肾主生殖理论的补充。在男性不育症的治疗中,将脑、心、肾、精室作为一个整体,将“肾”作为男性不育症辨证治疗过程的核心,将“脑心失调”作为男性不育症发病的重要原因,认为“精室失用”为男性不育症发病的最终环节,是对当代男性不育症中医诊治体系的补充。在“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论的指导思想下,男性不育症的治疗应以精血为基础,以督脉为纽带,脑、心、肾三者贯通上下,彼此衔接,相互影响。正常情况下,脑、心、肾三者协调有度,发挥肾主生殖、脑心共主神明,从而维持精室的正常开阖疏泄。一旦某一环节出现问题,则最终作用于精室,影响男性的生殖系统。应用“脑-心-肾-精室”轴治疗男性不育症,应注重肾主生殖的核心地位,侧重脑心同治,以调和精室,从而达到“心身同治,整体与局部同调”的目的。
The treatment of male infertility based on the“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber”axis is a sup-plement to the theory of kidney governing reproduction in Huangdi′s Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing).In the treatment of male infertility,the brain,heart,kidney,and semen chamber are regarded as a whole.Specifically,the kidney is regarded as the core in the treatment of male infertility,the brain-heart disorders as a major reason for the occurrence of male infer-tility,and the semen chamber dysfunction as the final link of the occurrence of male infertility.This theory enriches the di-agnosis and treatment system of male infertility.According to the theory of the“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber”axis,the treatment of male infertility should focus on essence and blood and connect the brain,heart,and kidney through the governor vessel(GV).Under normal circumstances,the brain,heart,kidney coordinate with each other,with kidney governing reproduction and brain and heart governing spirit to maintain the normal function of semen chamber.The abnor-mal function of the axis affects the semen chamber and further the male reproductive system.Applying this theory in the treatment of male infertility,physicians should pay attention to the core position of kidney which governs reproduction,and regulate both the brain and the heart to harmonize the semen chamber,so as to achieve the purpose of treating both physical body and spirit and coordinating the overall and local parts.
