摘要
目的讨论优质护理下全方位护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病并高血压患者的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月霞浦县中医院收治的74例妊娠期糖尿病并高血压患者参加研究,应用电脑随机法,将研究对象等额分为对照组37例与观察组37例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理下全方位护理。观察两组血糖水平、血压水平、妊娠结局。结果护理后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组收缩压及舒张压指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率为8.11%明显低于对照组的27.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿不良妊娠结局发生率为10.81%明显低于对照组的32.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理下全方位护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病并高血压患者而言,有改善血糖及血压指标,降低不良妊娠结局的优势。
Objective To discuss the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and hypertension under high-quality nursing care.Methods A total of 74 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and hypertension were selected from Xiapu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 to participate in the trial.Using the computer random method,the subjects were equally divided into a control group of 37 cases and an observation group of 37 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing under high-quality nursing.Observation blood glucose level,blood pressure level,pregnancy outcomein the two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was 8.11%,which was significantly lower than 27.03%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was 10.81%,which was significantly lower than 32.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention under high-quality nursing has the advantages of improving blood sugar and blood pressureindicators and reducing the adverse pregnancy outcomes for patients with gestational diabetes and hypertension.
