摘要
目的分析老年肺部感染合并心衰患者接受无创呼吸机辅助治疗的效果以及安全性。方法从2020年1月—2022年1月期间烟台市蓬莱人民医院内因肺部感染合并心衰入院的老年患者中随机选择52例展开研究,依据治疗方式分为对照组与研究组,各26例。对照组均接受常规诊治,研究组均接受无创呼吸机辅助治疗,对比相关指标。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.15%高于对照组的73.08%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.693,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HR、RR、MAP优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组pH、PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组症状改善时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺部感染合并心力衰竭的患者实施无创呼吸机辅助治疗,可,改善血流动力学、血气指标,缓解症状,帮助患者康复。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment in elderly patients with pulmonary infection combined with heart failure.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,52 elderly patients admitted to Yantai Penglai People's Hospital with pulmonary infection combined with heart failure were randomly selected for the study,and according to the treatment method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,26 cases each.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while patients in the study group received non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment,and the relevant indexes were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.15%)was higher than that in the control group(73.08%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.693,P>0.05).After treatment,HR,RR and MAP in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pH,PaCO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FIO_(2) in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For The implementation of noninvasive ventilator assisted therapy in elderly patients with pulmonary infection combined with heart failure can improve hemodynamic and blood gas indexes,relieve symptoms,and help patients recover.
