客观结构化临床考试模式在“院中校”护理人才培养中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的:探讨客观结构化临床考试(OCSE)模式在“院中校”护理人才培养中的应用效果。方法:选取江苏医药职业学院2020级和2021级的89名临床驻点班护理专业学生为研究对象,以班级为单位分为两组,2020级的52名学生为对照组,采用常规教学模式;2021级的37名学生为观察组,采用OCSE模式。比较两组综合能力、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力。结果:考核结束时,观察组基础理论、临床操作得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习合作、信息及自我管理能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组分析能力、求知欲、系统化能力及寻找真相得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OCSE模式在“院中校”护理人才培养中的应用效果显著,可提高学生的自主学习能力,培养其批判性思维能力,提高理论和操作的考试成绩。 Objective:To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OCSE)model in the training of nursing talents of"school lieutenant colonel".Methods:Eighty-nine nursing students from 2020 and 2021 in Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to class unit.Fifty-two students in the class of 2020 served as the control group and were taught in the usual mode.Thirty-seven students in the class of 2021 are the observation group,using the OCSE model.The comprehensive ability,independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results:At the end of the assessment,the basic theory and clinical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning cooperation,information and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of analysis ability,curiosity,systematization ability and truth searching in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of OCSE mode in the training of nursing talents in"school lieutenant colonel"is remarkable,which can improve students'autonomous learning ability,cultivate their critical thinking ability,and improve their theoretical and operational test scores.
