摘要
“00后”大学生心理问题出现新的特点,适应这一趋势,在以前研究者改革实践和对本校目前课程调查的基础上,作者设计大学生心理健康教育慕课与翻转课堂的系统动态授课模式:学生课前观看慕课视频等资料、提出重点难点和目前的困扰,课堂上运用多样化方式教授学生选出的难点和重点,课后加以运用解决自身问题,建立相互配合、相互补充的系统教学模式。从而实现课堂信息化的全面转变,充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,实现课程理论指导与技能体验相结合。
Due to new characteristics of psychological problems in college students whowere born after 2000,on the basis of the reform practices before and the investigation of the current course,the author designsthe reform of MOOC and flipped classroom based on the systemicand dynamic model of mental health education for college students.In the design,students watch the course videos before class,propose the key points,difficulties and the current problems.Teachers use diverse ways to instruct how to solve the mental problems in the classroom,students practice methods to get over common psychological puzzles,and apply them after class.A teaching system of mutual cooperation and complement is established.Thus the teaching team can improve the ability of information application in the classroom,fully enhance the initiative and positivity of students in learning,and realize the combination of theoretical guidance and skill experience of the course.
