摘要
“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆建立特色资源,对提升图书馆的科研水平、塑造图情学术品牌、扩大学校的知名度及服务社会都会起到一定的促进作用。目前,多数高校在特色资源建设方面的投入主要集中在经费、人员配备、空间改造等硬实力提升,而在规模扩大化、人才专业化、空间专有化等方面存在限制性因素,并且在理念和思路等软实力提升方面也存在发展瓶颈。该文主要对国内高校图书馆特色资源建设的代表案例进行全面分析,明确当前高校图书馆的特色资源建设发展现状,解析高校图书馆特色资源建设过程中的发展特征,针对存在的问题提出应对策略及合理性的建议。
Under the background of"double first-class"initiative,the construction of characteristic resources of university library can promote the scientific research level of university,shape the academic brand of library and information,expand the visibility of the school and serve social and economic development.At present,the investment of most colleges and universities in the construction of characteristic resources mainly focuses on the improvement of hard power such as funds,staffing,and space transformation.However,there are restrictive factors in terms of scale expansion,talent specialization,and space specialization.There are also development bottlenecks in the improvement of soft power such as thinking and idea.In current study,by carrying out the comprehensive analysis of the cases of characteristic resource construction of foreign and civil university libraries,we clarify the current status of the development of characteristic resource construction of university libraries and parse the development characteristics in the process of characteristic resource construction of university libraries.Based on above study,we finally put forward countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for existing problems.
